MozBackup is a simple and free utility which easily creates backups of Mozilla products. Currently supported are Thunderbird, Sunbird, Flock, SeaMonkey, Mozilla Suite, Spicebird, Songbird and the legacy Netscape browser.
This backup utility can create backups and restore backups of bookmarks, Mozilla mail, contacts, history, extensions and addons and the Internet cache/temporary files.
The developer of this program hails from the Czech Republic and offers this program free to anybody, including for personal or commercial use.

MozBackup is provided under a freeware license on Windows from Firefox addons with no restrictions on usage. Download and installation of this PC software is free and 1.5.1 is the latest version last time we checked.
